The projects below are from the founder’s 25+ year career across the DOE complex, DOD and private industry, delivered prior to the formation of Vantage EHS Solutions in 2026. They are listed because they describe the scale and hazard class the practice is built around.
Beryllium and radiological decontamination and demolition. Zero lost-time injuries and a TRIR below 1.0 across 400+ personnel through full demolition.
Beryllium characterization delivered on time and on budget. Released 7 beryllium-controlled facilities and 680+ additional buildings from beryllium controls.
A 3,500-acre deactivation scope worked without a lost-time injury. TRIR below 0.91, DART below 0.22.
Consecutive DOE “Excellent” ratings for the beryllium program, FY15 through FY18.
Multi-year characterization engagement. A $5M scope delivered on schedule and under budget under Health & Safety Compliance, Inc.
