The network covers both permanent roles and project assignments. Registration is free, and it is not a job application to a single opening — it is a standing record of what someone is qualified for and what they are willing to take.
Two kinds of work
Long-term placements
Full-time and part-time assignments with DOE prime contractors, subcontractors and commercial clients. Permanent roles and long-term site assignments. W-2, 1099 or company-to-company.
Project work
Short-term and on-call assignments with a defined end: outages, audits, monitoring campaigns, surge coverage, a written program, a specific deliverable. Days to months rather than years.
The form asks which of the two is wanted. Selecting Open to any puts a candidate in front of both.

- Submit the form below. Every submission is reviewed and recorded for matching work.
- Certifications, experience, work preference, geography and rate expectations are recorded against current and anticipated requirements.
- When a requirement matches, the scope, site and rate are confirmed with you.
- Nothing is shared with a client without your permission.
- The agreement, site access, badging and required training are coordinated before day one.
- No non-compete and no non-solicit. Registering does not tie anyone to Vantage, restrict who else they work with or stop them pursuing the same role directly.
